Leslie Parrish is a project manager at Vita Nuova, with over 15 years of public and private sector roles in research, policy analysis, and program management.
She currently manages a variety of communication tasks including managing industrial-portfolio.com, a website supporting the disposition of surplus properties and is the curator of the Redevelopment Institute website, an outreach tool of Vita Nuova dedicated to the education of stakeholders on a variety of timely and important revitalization issues.
Leslie has a wide variety of expertise ranging from her most recent role as a federal financial regulator at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to a city planner in Alexandria, VA focused on large-scale redevelopment projects. Leslie holds a B.A. in Public and Urban Affairs from Virginia Tech and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with concentrations in economic development and land use planning.
