The Real Estate for Regulators course provides regulatory personnel an inside look at what goes on behind the scenes in a commercial real estate transaction. In doing so, it helps regulators better understand their role in the grand scheme of the transaction. As a manager of a state voluntary cleanup program for 12 years, I found it particularly helpful in understanding certain behaviors of redevelopers relative to how they interact with our vcp. This insight has helped me work more efficiently within the context of their deals.
